Our Work in Dorset
Located on the eastern boundary of Dorset, we have worked as Architects in the area for over 30 years, both in the conurbation of Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole, and in the wider Dorset Council area. This has allowed us to build extensive experience of work across both urban and rural contexts, and to deeply understand the local planning and regulatory conditions of the local area. As such, we have a strong track record of good planning outcomes for our clients.
We have undertaken a wide variety of projects in Dorset. We have designed new build houses, such as Greensleeves and Jacobean Close, and are comfortable designing either for areas that demand a measured response to a traditional context, or for those that can accept a more contemporary intervention. We have worked on a number of social projects across the area, such as Christchurch Baptist Church and the Greenhouse Christian Centre, and have considerable experience in working with a wide variety of social stakeholders. We have managed a number of commercial projects in the area, including a renovated showroom for Meadens in Christchurch, and a new kiosk for Brownsea Island Ferries. A large portion of our work is at a smaller scale too, with extensions and renovations of people homes, such as at Westcroft Park and The Moorings.
No matter your project, we have the experience of working within the Dorset region, and the knowledge of the local planning policy background, to help lead your proposal to a successful outcome.
