Following the success of their Brockenhurst showroom, Meadens Škoda once again partnered with DUA Architecture to deliver this commercial car showroom renovation in Christchurch, Dorset. The project transformed a former builders’ merchants, which had fallen into disrepair, into a bright, welcoming, and contemporary Škoda dealership.

The design focused on efficient reuse and sustainable redevelopment, converting the main structure into a light-filled showroom that reflects Škoda’s modern brand identity. Alongside the main display space, the existing storage building on site was carefully renovated to create a fully equipped service workshop, including four repair bays and an MOT testing station.

Externally, the entire site was resurfaced and reorganised to enhance functionality and customer experience - with dedicated customer parking at the front and ample vehicle stock storage to the rear.
