This contemporary new home in Milford-on-Sea, Hampshire, sits close to the beautiful South Coast near the New Forest National Park. The house replaces an ordinary bungalow with a warm, modern dwelling that celebrates light, texture, and sustainable living.
Our clients wanted a contemporary home for modern family living, combining character, practicality, and a strong connection to its coastal setting. The design features three interlocking forms, each distinct yet cohesive - a stylistic approach similar to our award-winning Greensleeves project in nearby Dorset.
The exterior blends textured brickwork panels with areas of smooth white render, creating visual depth and a refined architectural rhythm that responds beautifully to the surrounding landscape.
Sustainability is at the heart of the project. The house incorporates energy-saving materials, solar panels, and an air source heat pump to deliver exceptional energy efficiency and year-round comfort.
