Lymington

This project, for a local authority, involved the renovation and extension of an existing social housing property in Lymington. In tandem with other consultants, we were tasked to assess the soundness of the existing building, and oversee its refurbishment.

An existing rear extension was demolished and replaced, including for a new communal kitchen, and renovated living spaces. Accomodation was reoganised, refining the overall arrangement of the living

units, and improving them

to a modern standard.
