In this project, for the Ringwood & District Old Peoples Housing Society, we oversaw the extension, remodel and significant improvement of four outdated flats within this block.

An attractive new feature of the building is the sections of curved sweet chestnut timber cladding, which add natural warmth to the design. This cladding will gradually fade to a light grey over time.

Balconies have been added so that each flat enjoys a section of private outside space for relaxing or for growing

plants, etc.
