This house remodel on Rothesay Drive in Highcliffe showcases how DUA Architecture transformed a dated bungalow into a stunning, contemporary family home. Situated on one of Highcliffes’s premier residential streets, close to the coast and Highcliffe Castle, the property has been completely reimagined for modern living while retaining its original footprint.
By introducing a steeper pitched roof, we were able to create substantial new habitable space within the existing envelope, turning a modest single-storey home into a spacious two-floor dwelling. The remodel also gave the property a fresh architectural identity, with clean contemporary detailing and a bright, open interior design.
