This scheme of 3 new

client was proposed for a large existing home (already split into flats) that had a considerable rear garden.
Designed as a small collection of high-quality 4-bedroom family homes, proposed living spaces had a dynamic angled rear facade to take advantage
of site orientation and views.
Provided with a separate snug lounge, utility, ground floor bedroom suite, and separate garage, on top of the 3 bedroom suites upstairs, the dwellings were designed to accomodate all aspects of modern family living.
