The site’s orientation posed a unique design challenge, with the prime southerly aspect facing the road. Our solution was to use the main building form to naturally divide the site into public and private zones, allowing the living spaces to enjoy sunlight and privacy throughout the day.

A refined palette of natural materials brings warmth, texture, and lasting quality to the exterior, while solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point ensure that the home is energy-efficient and future-ready.
