We were very pleased to secure planning permission for this development, as adding housing into the gap between terraces in this location had previously been ruled inviable.
The ‘trick’ was to use an existing communal footpath to separate two walled gardens providing private external space for two small dwellings.
Careful design ensures privacy for the new dwellings and existing terraces. To add security and a little fun, a gate in the wall provides access
to each unit via its
courtyard garden.
