Our client had spent several years unsuccessfully seeking planning permission for a new dwelling on this restricted brownfield site. Enclosed by existing buildings and limited in size, the plot required a highly efficient layout that would satisfy planning requirements while delivering quality living spaces.
Our design divides the new home into two discreet blocks arranged around a central courtyard, creating a private and light-filled outdoor area. This layout maximizes usable space, provides suitable amenity areas, allows for parking, and meets all of our client’s functional needs - transforming a previously unviable site into a successful example of urban infill development in Poole.
