Greensleeves Leisure Wing

Avon Castle, Dorset

The client for one of our most successful new houses invited us back a few years after completion to explore the possibility of adding a leisure wing, to house a gym, pool and annexe.

Our proposal, partially sunken into the ground, was designed for compatibility with the house, but taking new advantage of the opportunity presented by the cliffside plot.

As such one of the most exciting features of the new wing would be a 'Winslet' balcony overhanging

the cliff.
