This project showcases a contemporary leisure wing extension commissioned as a repeat project for one of our valued clients. Following the success of their original new house, the client invited DUA Architecture back to design an addition that would enhance the property’s amenities while complementing its striking cliffside setting.

The proposed leisure wing, partially sunken into the ground, was designed to harmonize with the existing home while taking full advantage of the site’s dramatic location. A standout feature is a ‘Winslet’ balcony overhanging the cliff, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

The extension also includes  a swimming pool, gym, sauna, lounge, kitchen, and guest bedroom suite, creating a versatile and luxurious addition that elevates both lifestyle and architectural interest. This project is an excellent example of a contemporary home extension in Dorset, and of DUA Architecture’s ongoing commitment to delivering tailored repeat client projects with creativity and precision.
