This property had been largely untouched since the 1970’s and was in dire need of modernisation. We were commissioned to both renovate and extend the property to make it fit for 21st century living.

What made the design both challenging and exciting is the significantly sloping site. We prepared a design with a number of floor levels which step down to the rear garden.

This greatly improves both the connection between the living spaces and the garden, and the spatial quality of the

new rooms.
