Designed

Some of our most creative projects, like floating homes and cliff-top cafes, remain unbuilt due to financial, political or philosophical constraints. But even an unbuilt proposal with planning permission can boost property value. Regardless of outcome, no project is fruitless, and many present a bold vision for the future.
