Meadens acquired this prime showroom location in the New Forest town of Brockenhurst with a view to extend and modernise it for the relocation of their dealership from Sway.

The building itself is a large portal frame structure and was subdivided internally to form an extended showroom at the front and a workshop at the rear. Also, to add office space, a mezzanine level was added within the car showroom.

These works have vastly transformed the building and improved its use as a main Skoda dealership.
