The project replaced an ageing timber workshop with a robust steel-framed workshop designed for full servicing of large motorhomes. The new building uses steel sandwich panel cladding for thermal efficiency, durability and rapid construction, and provides generous clearances, purpose-built servicing bays, and improved workshop logistics to accommodate contemporary motorhome servicing requirements.
A striking showroom extension was added to create a dedicated customisation suite for new vehicle buyers. With contemporary detailing and abundant glazing, the extension not only improves customer experience and display capacity but is highly visible from a busy nearby road - acting as both showroom and effective roadside advertisement for Dolphin Motorhomes.
