A highly-trusted source of local news since 1928, the Advertiser and Times was one of the last independently owned newspapers in the UK, with readership of over 45,000 people.

The paper gained planning permission (with another designer) to demolish an existing bungalow and construct a replacement

office building.

DUA Architecture were asked to undertake detailed constructional design, secure building regulations approval, and oversee construction

of the building.
